Jeff Buck, Denver Public Schools

Jeff Buck is the ProComp liaison to human resources for Denver Public Schools. Buck taught mathematics and science for seven years before taking a special assignment with the Denver Public Schools to support the implementation of the Professional Compensation System for Teachers (ProComp) three years ago. He is a teacher member of the Transition Team providing policy direction and oversight for ProComp and has been on the Denver Classroom Teachers Association board of directors. He served on the Commission on Secondary Reform for Denver Public Schools and on the Joint Taskforce for Teacher Compensation, the group that designed ProComp.
